TransientControl er en signalprosessor som lar deg endre dynamikk på måter som rett og slett ikke er mulig med tradisjonelle kompressorer. Du kan direkte endre transienten (“angrep”) og sustain av lyden din; dette lar deg gjøre sporene dine mer punchy, eller jevne dem ut slik at de sitter i en miks.
TransientControl analyserer lyden din og skiller mellom starten av lydene (angrepet), sustain av lydene og nedgangen av lydene (utløsningen). Med tre gain-kontroller kan du justere det relative nivået av disse tre elementene i lyden.
TransientControl kan forsterke angrepene til fingerplukket gitar, eller dempe angrepet av strumming. Bruk det for å få et instrument til å sitte i miksen eller poppe ut. Kontroller snappen på en snare uten å påvirke ringen. Selv bruk det til å endre følelsen av et perkusjonsmønster.
